1. It is not clear enough on your website that it cost 75Euro !!!! for room cleaning. That is a lot when you don't expect it. To be able to compare different options of hotel this amount has to be clear!!! 2. When we were paying our bill the receptionist couldn't find our "Anzahlung fur ihren Aufenthalt....." that we were asked to pay (to guarantee our booking) bye another 20% with the QR code in the mail. These two things stressed me a lot. 3. We were really happy to get the opportunity to take a shower after skiing on our last day.
