Overall experience was good only the fact that it it was advertised as "all inclusive alcohol free" we stil had to pay for our softdrinks and coffee or tea at dinner. So your idea of all inclusive and ours differ.

We are very sorry that you would have liked to have coffee and tea from our buffet in the evening as an included service. As advertised, coffee and tea is included daily until 17:00. If you would like to have coffee or tea after 17:00, you are welcome to order it from our service team at any time and the cost will be charged to your room bill. For non-alcoholic drinks, you have 24-hour access to the non-alcoholic drinks from the drinks fountain, which offers a wide variety of drinks including apple juice, orange juice, redcurrant juice, orange lemonade, sparkling water, non sparkling water and much more. All other non-alcoholic drinks which are not from our drink-fountain are not inclusive. Like this it is also advertised. We hope to welcome and spoil you again and wish you all the best until then. Good but we noticed some quality changes compared to our previous 8 years of stay; therefore our overall experience used to be excellent and js now average to good

The perfect hotel for a family vacation. Good service. Our Daughter has a gluten allergie but at the restaurant they made everton Day a nice menu for her. She enjoyed it very much.
