Compared to previous years it was not as good this year: we had a cold shower several times this week (room 125 - I already complained at the reception), and the whole week there was no kids club in the evening - I also complained about this at the reception. They said that the Chef would get back to me, but no response yet. Please get in touch with me at +316-12305784

However, we are very surprised by your comment on the opening hours of the Happy Club. Our Happy Club is always open from Sunday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. and there were no extraordinary closing times during your stay. Unfortunately, we did not receive any complaints about this at the reception otherwise we would have cleared this missunderstanding already during your stay. I will be happy to contact you again by phone to talk to you personally about this. We would be very pleased to welcome and pamper you once again and to be able to completely inspire you with us. Review:
We loved everything and left detailed feedback in writing at the reception. I can shortly repeat it here: 1) thanks to the Chef and his team: excellent food (but we were missing the spare ribs which you had two years ago!) 2) great team of Maria-Jenny-Martin-Alexandros, thanks to their friendliness and positive attitude Some points to help you become even better: 3) the floors in the dining area (near the reception and the bar) as well as in the kids toilet could have been cleaner. Every time kids dropped some details of the games and had to get it from under the corner sofas it was very very dusty there, definitely it wasnt the dirt from just one day. 4) the terrible smell of the sewage in the ski room. The smell was coming not from the stinky boots but from the whole in the floor and it wasnt sweat, it was sewage. The hotel didnt have this problem two years ago.
