Very good. We have beeen to a lot of kinderhotels. This is a bit different but we enjoyed it all the same (also because we samen a lot of improvements since we were there in 2022

This was our third winter holiday and everything was excellent as usually with one exception: the magnetic keys didn't work properly and we had to change them several times per day (we lived in the far end of the hotel, so walking up and down all the time in the skiing clothes wasn't much fun :)) We hope you fix this problem for the next year!

Sehr gut! The food was outstanding! The staff was friendly and supporting! Only point to mention was the room keys that were not always working.

Again lovely stay but some feedback that I can’t put anywhere else in this form: - temperature was crazy hot in the hotel, especially with the energy crisis I think the temperature settings should be lowered - pillows and duvets need an upgrade, no support at all for your neck/body. No comfortable feel, with these type of pillows/duvets - breakfast options were great however some mornings depending on the staff refillings were weird, eg no yoghurt, said it would be refilled but that took more than an hour. Don’t understand why there were issues with yoghurt every morning. - icecream corner (for kids): the icecream was so hard it was impossible to get some scoops, advise to put more spoons there and not put it in the freezer like this or assist kids/people - additional options for kids at night eg raw carrots and cucumber (now only in dressing) - apparently you could order some travel breakfast kits, would be nice if that was also offered to us (it was offered last year and we saw other people walking with it on Friday night) - we missed the Italian night!! Or something like that to have a nice event at the bar with the family and meet other people in a casual way

Dear family thank you very much for your good review. We will be happy to consider the suggestions regarding pillows and comforters. We heat with geothermal energy and due to the many small guests in the house we decided to keep the temperatures at a normal level despite the energy crisis. We appreciate praise regarding our breakfast offer. Unfortunately, on one day we had too little yogurt in the house, so the replenishment took a little longer, because we had to go to our organic farm which is located a bit away. We are happy to provide our guests who leave in the middle of the night with a packed lunch on request instead of breakfast. We hope to see you again Your the Hopfgarten Familotel Tirol Team
